・小売業でのご経験をお持ちの方
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力をお持ちの方（社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため）
・ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方（社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため）
 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily store operations
  • Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standard  
  • Assisting the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience
  • Responsible for the daily store operations
  • Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationship, keeping customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image.

Requirements:

  • Retail experience
  • Japanese language proficiency to liaise with Japanese customers
