・ASEAN諸国への出張
・販売ツール/プレゼン資料の準備
・納期対応
・MDへの週次営業報告と翌週行動計画の提出
・MDとの年間/半期営業予算の準備・計画
・文書のファイリング

【応募資格】
・学士
・10年以上の営業経験
・電子部品または電気/機械製品の経験
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力及び英語力
・クラス3の運転免許の所持
 


Responsibilities:

  • Promote our products to prospective customers (especially US or Europe oriented companies which have a design/sourcing team in Singapore or ASEAN countries)
  • Provide quotation to customers and distributors in ASEAN, Oceania and India and do the necessary follow up as to secure POs.
  • Make an appointment to new customers and existing customers. Visit customers and distributors.
  • Issue job orders to the factory side (Environment issue (ROHS/REACH), conduct mineral survey, check custom made quotations, and attend to other research/survey/report requests.
  • Handle customers claims/requests on quality issues (issue failure analysis requests)
  • Attend to distributors questions. Control new inquiries and send them to distributors properly.
  • Liaise with our Japan/China side on sales, quality, and other issues.
  • Make business trips to ASEAN counties.
  • Prepare sales tools, presentations as necessary.
  • Take care of critical delivery issues as necessary together with sales coordinator team.
  • Prepare a weekly sales report and the following week action plan to MD and any other person the Company determines.
  • Prepare/plan annual/half year sales budget together with MD.
  • Do proper filing of all the documents (including quotations, Job Orders and reports)
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • 10 years of experience in Sales
  • Experience in electronic components or electrical/mechanical products
  • Japanese language and working experience at Japanese organization is an advantage because this position needs to liaise with Japanese clients.
  • Possession of class 3 driving license
