Selection Process

SELECTION PROCESS

Step 1: Registration

The first step in your job search with PERSOL Singapore is to register online by agreeing to our user policy and sending us your resume. This is a quick and painless process and once completed you will receive timely feedback.

Step 2: Meeting with Specialist Consultant

Your meeting with our specialist consultant will allow us to understand your specific needs. In addition to us providing advice regarding CV format, interview technique, tips on presentation etc, we aim to provide market information and hopefully uncover some interesting and unique career opportunities. *For candidates overseas (temporarily or permanently) or if visiting our office is difficult, one of our consultants will contact you via phone or video conference.

Step 3: Job Applications

Only upon receiving your permission will PERSOL Singapore submit your details to our client. Prior to that, we aim to collect specific information from you since every job application and the reasons for applying are unique.

Step 4: Interviewing and Debriefing

Getting to the interview stage is a combination of the strength of your resume, the way we present your details and the strength of our relationship with the client. We aim to further utilize our relationship to prepare candidates and clients for an informative and meaningful interview. After each interview, we will contact both you and the client to debrief and to hopefully prepare for the next interview.

Step 5: Offer presentation

Once the client comes back with the good news of their intention to offer, we will collect all information and assist with negotiations.

Step 6: Offer Acceptance and transition into new job

After accepting and signing an offer letter, we will advise how to resign from your current company and assist with the transition into your new job. As a long term partner we will keep in contact initially throughout the first few months of employment and assist with any issues wherever we can, and then over the course of your employment.
